Required Qualifications:          

  1. Fast accurate keyboarding skills for data entry and proficiency with office equipment and business software.
  2. Good communication skills; legible handwriting.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work with customers, representatives, and internal personnel; considerable telephone work.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Able to work without direct supervision.

Job Duties:

  1. Print orders and attachments from the Orange Room, review faxed order and assign customer account numbers, as well as market codes to the orders. distribute as required.
  2. Import orders from the Orange Room to El.
  3. Check confirming orders against order entries.
  4. Review orders for completeness and make order changes in computer as required.
  5. Cover all phones in the Order Department and at the switchboard (as needed).
  6. Email drawings to customers and reps.
  7. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager - Order Administration.
