  • Cheerful and professional with exceptional interpersonal, organizational and verbal and written communication skills to interact with audiences including customers, outside sales representatives, and all levels of internal organization.
  • Advanced computer skills (testing certificates) to include proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional and detail-oriented, accurate typing and editing skills, proficiency with office machines and equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate several projects simultaneously while prioritizing appropriately as well as monitoring deadlines.
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce applications.
  • Ability to work without direct day-to-day supervision.


  • Process sales quotations and customer and outside sales representative communication as well as create and manage monthly reports, sales presentation materials, price sheets, marketing analysis reports, etc.
  • Process incoming samples for testing.
  • Accurately maintain Rep Office information and the Distaff Program.
  • Take and relay messages for team members as needed; and/or answer messages and follow up with customers and field offices
  • Calendar scheduling and coordination of meeting logistics
  • Organize training and sales event programs for internal and external participants (schedules, catering, travel and program set-up).
  • Run miscellaneous errands for sales functions
  • Work Overtime as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager and other Sales Department personnel.
