Position: Human Resources and EHS Coordinator

1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field plus a minimum of two years of practical work experience relevant to the position. Candidates without a bachelor-level degree may be considered with significant comparable experience commensurate with the special characteristics of this position.
2. Proven experience as an HR assistant or in a relevant human resources/administrative position
3. PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
4. Hands on experience with an HRIS or adapted HRMS (ie, AS400/JD Edwards)
5. Functional knowledge of basic labor laws and related compliance requirements
6. Comfort operating subject to specific policy and regulatory requirements, including tight targets and deadlines
7. Effective problem-solving skills
8. Excellent organizational skills
9. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written including correspondence, reports and presentations
