Electromagnetic Conveyors - VMC Series

Simple two-mass vibratory conveyor with a variable voltage control allows "watch-like" precision of the feed rate.

Ideal for the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and plastics industries, these rugged, high capacity units are available with standard tray sizes ranging from 18 to 48-inches (457 to 1219mm) wide by 5 to 20-feet (1.5 to 6m) long. Depending on the intended use, tray liners of abrasion-resistant steel, stainless steel, polyethylene, rubber and other materials are available.

Eriez' VMC Conveyors may also be supplied with an Eriez Metalarm VC Metal Detector integral with the vibrating tray (pictured above), allowing product transport, as well as metal contaminant protection in one compact unit.
