E-Z Tec® 9100

The E-Z Tec® 9100, a free-fall metal separator, incorporates high sensitivity balanced coil technology and is designed to tackle both ferrous and non-ferrous metal contamination problems in a variety of industries, including plastics, wood, textiles and recycling.

The E-Z Tec 9100 is compact, can counter product effect and offers a high-speed, pneumatically operated ejection system to minimise wastage of good product. The E-Z Tec 9100 can find a 0.3mm ferrous sphere in a 30mm aperture. The E-Z Tec 9100 is currently available with apertures of 30mm, 50mm and 70mm diameter - larger diameter models are due to be released later this year. The E-Z Tec 9100 is offered as an independent unit for eradicating in-line metal contamination in granular material or is recommended as a final quality checking device within a modular Plastic Recycling System incorporating ferrous and non-ferrous magnetic separators as used by large capacity reprocessors to maximise product yield and value.
