XR-31 Automatic X-Ray Inspection Systems

Eriez' XR-31 is a double-beam system for glass-in-glass inspection, for use on production lines running shorter cylindrical containers.

This system is superior at detecting small statistical variations in the product that signal contamination or deviation from accepted specifications.  The XR-31 features a 15-inch color touch screen, stainless steel construction, auto set-up.  As one of the easiest to use systems on the market, it requires no frequent calibration.  Additionally, the XR-31 has external connectors, which may be networked as an SQL Client and has full remote support facilities.
