PRL Rotary Samplers

The rotary sector cutter, as incorporated in the PRL range of primary machines, is the core of Eriez sampling systems.

The PRL Series is ideal for dry to moist applications. Feed-materials up to 6 inches (152mm) can be sampled as standard, up to 16 inches (406mm) with modification. Reject material from the individual sample increments are returned to the main out-going stream of material, usually by gravity. Where this is not possible, either screw conveyors or light duty belt conveyors are used. This system has a minimum number of parts requiring routine inspection.
