Continuously Rotating Smooth-faced rolls are designed for use where little or no nonmagnetic material is contaminating the coolant.

Coolant is gravity fed under the magnetic roll. The roll's powerful permanent-magnetic field reaches out and captures ferrous contamination in the fluid.

For units with 8-inch diameter magnetic rolls, four models are available (21-inch (533 mm) to 70-inch (1778 mm) roll widths) with flow rates from 144 gpm (545 lpm) to 600 gpm (2,271 lpm).
