Maxipower Plate Magnets

Ceramic plate magnet designed to grab tramp metal as material cascades down a sloped chute. The Maxipower plate is larger than our Superpower plate creating a magnetic field that projects approximately 3-4 inches(75-102mm)into a burden to remove smaller more difficult to remove tramp metal like staples or nails.

Eriez Maxipower ceramic plate magnets are designed to remove large metal contamination from a variety of extra heavy duty applications. The powerful magnetic field projects a field 3-4 inches (75-102mm) into a burden to remove both large and small metal contamination. This unit incorporates 75% more magnet material than the Superpower in not only a thicker but longer Plate so feed material is eposed to the magnetic field 40% longer than the next closest size. Available in even inch magnet face width increments, (e.g., 8, 10, 12 inch).
