E-Z Tec® 9100

The E-Z Tec® 9100, a gravity feed free-fall metal separator, incorporates high sensitivity balanced coil technology and is designed to separate both ferrous and non-ferrous metals for a variety of industries, including plastics, wood, textiles and recycling.

The E-Z Tec 9100 is compact and offers a high-speed, pneumatically operated rejection system to minimize good product waste. The E-Z Tec 9100 can find a 0.3mm ferrous sphere in the 1.1 inch aperture model.  It is available with aperture diameters of 1.1", 1.73", 2.8", 3.37", 3.99" and 4.68". 

This metal detector/separator is used to reject metal contaminated material or as a final quality checking device.  The E-Z Tec 9100 offers adjustable sensitivity, is easy to install and includes standard Jacob fittings for simple and secure discharge connections.  It conforms to CE, EMC and safety regulations.  The detector is housed in a NEMA 12 aluminum enclosure and includes an air filter, air regulator and water bleeder.
