Ferrite Roll Magnetic Separators

Removes large and strongly magnetic ferrous contamination from dry, granular materials.

Standard system includes a storage hopper, electromagnetic vibratory feeder and permanent ferrite roll (requires no electrical power for magnetic field) with Kevlar® feed belt, as well as a splitter arrangement. The feed belt conveyor design provides for excellent belt tracking and quick belt replacement.
