Eriez developed the Deep Reach Magnet to remove tramp iron from heavy flows of materials which normally bridge or choke when processed through magnetic grate separators. Even products that vary greatly in size, such as three-inch (76 mm) lumps down to dust, are easily handled by the Deep Reach. The Deep Reach has succeeded where other separators have failed to maintain production rates in handling powdery, moist or lumpy materials.
