Eriez' SafeHold Lift Magnets are ideal for carrying semi-finished products with flat surfaces such as machine parts, press molds for forming, steel plate, etc. Manually turned ON and OFF by rotating a lever approximately 180 degrees.
In addition the XPLSeries magnets are capable of lifting round material.
These multiple pole permanent magnets require no power supply. They are available in six models with capacities up to 5,000 lbs (2,267 kg). The following capacities allow a 2:1 safety factor:
