Metal Separator - Pulseparator

Ideal for removing ferrous and nonferrous metal contamination from gravity-fed bulk materials in the plastics, food, bulk handling and recycling industries.

This unique metal separator is easy to install and set up. Although compact by design, it features a high speed diverter that ensures minimum product loss with rejected metal. Product effect is not a factor, as the Pulseparator™ will handle both conductive and non-conductive material.

Two models are available, one of which is right for practically every application. The 50mm model has a 50mm (2-in) aperture and will typically process up to 1000Kg/hr (2205 lb/hr) of granular material. The 100mm model, with its 100mm (4-in) diameter aperture, typically handles up to 4000Kg/hr (8818 lb/hr).

The Pulseparator 50 will detect down to a 1mm (.04-in) ferrous sphere, while the 100 has a sensitivity down to a 2mm (.08-in) ferrous sphere. Both of these units are shipped from the Eriez-Europe facility.
