SafeHold® Lift Magnets - XPL

Manually operated rare earth permanent lift magnets offer high capacity and versatility for their size and cost.

Eriez' SafeHold Lift Magnets are ideal for carrying semi-finished products with flat surfaces such as machine parts, press molds for forming, steel plate, etc. Manually turned ON and OFF by rotating a lever approximately 180 degrees.

In addition the XPLSeries magnets are capable of lifting round material.

These multiple pole permanent magnets require no power supply. They are available in four models with capacities up to 2,400 lbs (1,088 kg). The following capacities allow a 2:1 safety factor:

• XPL-4/3  lifts flat steel up to 400 lbs (181 kg)
• XPL-4/3 lifts round steel up to 300 lbx (136 kg)
• XPL-8/6 lifts flat steel up to 800 lbs (363 kg)
• XPL-8/6 lifts round steel up to 600 lbs (272 kg)
• XPL-15/9 lifts flat steel up to 1,500 lbs (680 kg)
• XPL-15/9 lifts round steel up to 900 lbs (408 kg)
• XPL-24/16 lifts flat steel up to 2,400 lbs (1,088 kg)
• XPL-24/16 lifts round steel up to 1,600 lbs (726 kg)
