ConstanTrac Control

Eriez' ConstanTrac Control is an automatic feeder tray monitoring and controlling system.

The purpose of this type of control is to maintain a constant tray deflection, and hence, a constant feed rate.  The deflection of a vibratory feeder tray is monitored by the use of a piezoelectric transducer mounted directly to the feeder tray.
