A. Teichert & Sons, a sand and gravel company near Sacramento, CA, USA needed to blend several types of aggregate into 20 different paving product mixes. They required a highly automated system that would operate at 750 TPH (680 MTPH) and permit precise control of the mixing process.
Solution:
Twenty-nine Eriez Vibratory Feeders, strategically located where material flow must be subjected to pinpoint control, provided precise linear feeding and blending of seven primary crushed products with sand and concrete aggregates. The entire system was operated automatically from a central console.
